This River Monster video clip is the inspiration for our descriptive writing. Our task was to pretend we are Jeremy Wade and describe what we can see, hear, feel, smell and what we are thinking as we swim.

Thursday Sports Uniform

This term the children will be learning gymnastics every Thursday afternoon. Kids please wear your sports uniform and sports shoes on Thursdays. 

Winter Art Work

On the day of our Mid Year Celebration Room 3 created some winter themed masterpieces. They are bare trees in the winter with an icy background. Room 3 learned about cool colours and how to blends these colours together. The children used masking tape and later peeled it off to create the trunks and branches and sprinkled the background with salt to give it an icy, sparkly look. 

We think they have turned out pretty well!
