Here we are on our first day back at school for 2015!
We have had a great day sharing stories from our holidays, singing songs, creating graphs, buddy reading, thinking about positive things we can do to make our classroom a happy place and enjoying lunch with our friends!
Here are some of our ideas about how we can make our classroom and the playground a happy place all year.

Hi to Room 3 from Bella's Grangi (grandmother in Christchurch). I don't know if Bella told you that the caterpillars have had many adventures before coming to you. They started off on a farm near Ruby Bay and then they came with me in the car on their swan bush to stay in Christchurch for a couple of weeks. Bella came for a seaside holiday and when it was time to drive back home the caterpillars went too and now they are in Room3
Wow! We are surprised to find out how far the caterpillars have travelled. That's a long way for a small caterpillar!
